Portable 20m Rbn Dalarna
On Saturday I took the radio with me up to Gimsklack in Dalarna, Sweden. What a view! I tried out the radio with a small wire antenna and heard lots of signals from around Europe. I hadn’t brought enough warm clothes, and the cold meant I didn’t try for any QSOs, but the Reverse Beacon Network (RBN) showed that I was getting out well on 20 meters.

Welcome to leif.radio, my amateur radio website! This is where you’ll find posts about CW on 20 and 40 meters, contest reports, propagation and notes on the station: a FLEX-8400 and a DX Commander vertical.
